Our pricing is tailored to each client’s specific needs, taking into account factors such as project scope, the timelines for completion and the level of effort required to complete the project.

We generally avoid using hourly rates for our clients for two main reasons:

  1. A simple project with a LONG time horizon may result in a high cost, to the client, if billed hourly.
  2. The value of a challenging project with a tight deadline may not accurately be reflected in a cost built on hourly rate. If the project requires considerable effort and resources, with a tight deadline then it would be more fair to us to bill our clients with those items factored in.
Scheduling depends on our consultants' availability. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs, even if it means arranging assessments outside of "normal" business hours (Monday - Friday, 9–5 pm).
You can expect to receive a quote within a day or two, provided you supply all the relevant information for the project. To avoid delays, be sure to share all necessary details as soon as possible!
